Greatest accomplishment from lifting and/or fitness in general?
My greatest accomplishment so far is having the confidence to step on stage for the 2012 NGA Titan Classic -Bikini Division. It takes a lot of discipline, determination and guts to get up on stage but I did it and can’t wait to continue competiting to achieve more goals! 
Favorite exercise to do in the gym?
Love doing squats and stiff leg dead lifts. I’m obsessed with the hamstring glute tie-in, nothing looks better than tight glutes! I also love hanging leg raises- works best for the lower part of the core!
Anything you would like to add or tell your fans- Fitness has always been an important part of my life. I have always enjoyed helping others reach their goals and now it is time for me to reach some of mine. I have just started competing and I can’t wait to see where it takes me. One of my biggest goals is to be a fitness model and set good examples for others.
