Angelica Infonzino's Recipe:

Healthy Crab Cakes

1lb Phillips Wild Caught Lump Crab

1 Whole Egg
4 Egg Whites
4 TBS Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Dry Mustard
4 TBS Lemon Juice
5 TBS Horseradish Mustard
1 TBS Parsley Flakes
5 Quaker Rice Cakes (crumbled)
2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
 
 
 
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except crab meat, mix well. Fold in crab meat. Shape
into cakes. Bake on non stick cookie sheet at 375 F for 12-15 min, then
broil until top is crispy (about 3-4 min). 
 
Sauce for drizzling on top:
3 TBS Horseradish Mustard
4 TBS Worcestershire Sauce
2 TBS Lemon Juice
(mix all ingredients together and drizzle over crab cakes when served - also goes well over asparagus)

***20grams of protein for each bar!

4 egg whites

½ cup oats

3 scoops chocolate whey protein powder

1 tbsp cocoa

1 tsp baking powder

½ cup unsweetened applesauce

1 tbsp peanut (or soy nut) butter

1/3 cup raisins or mini dark semi-sweet
chocolate chips

Mix all ingredients in medium bowl in the
order they are listed. Pour mixture into an 8x8 baking pan lined with parchment
paper. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Makes 6 bars.
