Greatest accomplishment from lifting and/or fitness in general?
Honestly I love spending so much time at the gym ever since I was 15 years old. I didn’t fall into competing until February of this year where I was told by many that I should step on stage and move forward with my goals and so I contacted my trainer. I Just competed in NPC Atlantic States and NPC Long Island in the beginning of the month of June. I placed 11thplace in Atlantic states out of a huge class of 17 so that was pretty good for my first show. On June 9 -NPC Long Island- I placed in 4th place in Class A, which was a great moment in my fitness career. It felt amazing to step on stage and show how much work I had put in all of the years beforehand and to show that hard work does pay off.  This whole journey has taught me so much like how to stick to my nutrition/ strength training plan, how to pose and overall how to enjoy the long journey of the competitor. I have accomplished so much in a short time span of 5 months and I have come a long way from where I had started. I am very happy with my placings and overall with the changes that occurred on my body that I had seen day by day. In less than 4 months I will step on stage again at the NPC BK Grand Prix and I am very excited to enhance my package.

Favorite exercise to do in the gym?
I really can’t choose just one exercise from the gym because I have a few favorites:] my favorite body part to exercise is glutes and legs overall. I love to do is cable kickbacks and squats. Working out glutes is fun, because you know you went hard the next day when your glutes hurts and you can’t sit on your toosh. Besides legs and glutes exercises I love to do intervals on the stairmaster because it is quite relaxing once you plug in your music playlist.

Ever have guys challenge you in any sports, arm wrestling or wrestling? If so what happened? Honestly I have had many challenges and comments toward my physique. Whether it is a comment on my muscularity
or wrestling I have not accepted any challenges. I always get asked to flex my arms even worse… I always get asked to flex my legs because my quads are huge and stand out. I love wrestling and I am a huge fan of WWE specifically CM Punk and Randy Orton. All the guys that watch wrestling that I am friends with always ask me when are you becoming a WWE diva, you can beat them all or you can beat me. I just laugh, it is a dream to become a diva in my future ;-]

Anything you would like to add or tell your fans?
I would say anything is possible so follow your dreams and leave all the negativeity behind including bad relationships, friends and stress that will interfere in your goals and dreams.
