Greatest accomplishments from lifting/fitness in general:

I placed 14th in first pro show IFBBPROWPD, 6th in second show and 10th in third show all in four months this year. I have won overalls in both figure/physique at the Bayou Muscle 2016. I was Miss Louisiana 2015 WPD and Miss Greater Gulf States 2014 overall physique. I won my pro card in July 2016 at the USAs in Las Vegas.

Have you ever have guys challenge you in lifting or sports

I have had guys challenge me in a leg workout and I always outlast them and outlift based upon body weight. Once I trained legs with a guy and he threw up and I did not see him till a year later.

I am a fulltime teacher and mother of a teenage girl. Also, I am the strength coach at my high school. In my off time I train myself and others. My clients have won overall trophies in the NPC first time out the gate. I love competing and empowering others to take control of their health and lives.
